• 1-Mile Walk
• 1-Mile Run
• 5K Walk
• 5K Run
• T-Shirts to the First 150 Entries
• Timed By Cape Road Runners
• All Ages Welcome

• Age Groups:  Under 8, 8-10, 11-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Up. 
• Awards:  Awards to top overall male and female and top three male/female per category in 1-Mile and 5K Runs.  All finishing 1-Mile & 5K Walkers will receive participation ribbons.
• The Course:  The race will begin and end at Central High School.  Check with the Chamber closer to the run date for specific course details.  Miles will be marked. 
• Official Timing: 1-Mile & 5K Runners will be timed by the Cape Road Runners. 1-Mile & 5K WALKERS will NOT be timed.
• Shirts:  Commemorative shirt to the first 150 entrants.  Sizes based on availability.
• Early Registration:  Registration fee if paid by June 23rd - Individual $15.00, Family $35.00.  
• Race Day Fees:  Registration fee if paid on Race Day - $18.00 for each runner/walker.
• Family Discounts: not available on Race Day.
• Registration/ Check In: begins at 7:00 a.m. on race day.
• The 1-Mile Run & 1-Mile Walk begins at 8:00 a.m.  The 5K Walk will begin following the will begin following the start of the 1-Mile race.  The 5K Run will begin following the conclusion of the 1-Mile Run.
