• Age Groups: 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & Up. 
• Awards: Best Overall Male & Female and Top Three Male/Female Per Category In 1-Mile & 5K 
• Official Timing: 1-Mile & 5K Runs timed by the Cape Road Runners.
• Race Start Times: The 1-Mile Run Begins at 8:00 a.m.  The 5K Run Begins at 8:30 a.m.

• Timing: WALKERS will NOT be timed.
• Walk Start Time: Both Walks Begin at Approximately 8:05 a.m.

• Teams:  All teams will consist of no more than 3 participants. No age restrictions. Male, female, & co-ed teams welcome.
• Awards:  A Traveling Trophy to be displayed in your business for the next year with a winners plaque to be displayed at the Chamber office.
• Official Timing: Each participant will be timed by the Cape Road Runners. All three scores will be combined with the lowest team score winning the challenge.
• Race Start Times: The Business Team Challenge will begin at 8:30 a.m. in conjunction with the 5K Run.

• All Events: Begin and end at Central High School. Miles will be marked. The Business Challenge will follow the 5K course.

• Early Registration Pricing: Participants registering before June 10th will be entered in a Drawing for a Special Prize! Registration fees if paid by June 26th are as follows:
  • Individuals: $20.00
  • Families: $35.00 Per Family. No more than 5 family members per registration.
  • Teams: $40 Per Team of 3 Participants.
• Regular Registration Fees: Registration fee if paid after June 26th are as follows:
  • $25.00 Per Each Runner/Walker
  • No Family Rates after June 26. Everyone registers as an individual.
  • $45.00 per Business Team
• Family Discounts: Families (up to 5 members) $35.00 Per Family.  No Family Pricing after June 26th.
• Day Of Registration & Check In: Begins at 7:00 a.m. on race day.
• T-Shirts:  Commemorative shirt to the First 150 Entries.  Sizes based on availability.
• Zumba Warm-Up: There will be a 5-Minute Zumba Warm-Up Session at 7:30 a.m. Free for All!
• Costume Contest: One participant dressed in the best Patriotic Attire will win a prize.

• Business Team 5k Challenge: Businesses, assemble your team! Send three participants to race; we'll combine their scores for the best local business team! Your business will receive a Traveling Trophy to display in your business the entire next year while we display a plaque of winners in the Chamber Office! Come back in 2020 to defend your trophy!  
• Stars & Stripes Showcase: This year we're hosting a business health and wellness showcase! If you have services or products you would like to showcase prior to the race, here's your opportunity! No product sales allowed. Health, fitness, family, & fun is the focus! Set up your displays, samples, and informational materials for participants to view and discuss. No charge to participate with your donation to the Chamber's Scholarship Fund. Space is limited. Contact the Chamber Office for more information. • Early Bird Registration Giveaway: Register before June 10 and be entered to win a Gift Basket compliments of Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy, Jerry's Fireworks, & The Chamber of Commerce!
• $500 Fireworks Package Giveaway: One lucky participant will receive a Fireworks Package valued at $500 courtesy of Jerry's Fireworks.  Must be present to win! Winners under the age of 18 must have a qualified adult present to collect the prize.

A portion of your registration fee goes to the Park Hills - Leadington Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund.  Providing a graduating, Central High School Student, who will be attending one of our local colleges - Mineral Area College, Central Methodist University, or Missouri Baptist University - with a $2,000* scholarship to assist with tuition, books, and/or other college necessities.
