Celebrating 50 Years of the Park Hills Senior Center!
Today, March 25th, marks the 50th anniversary of the Park Hills Senior Center! Since its founding in 1974, the center has been a cornerstone of our community, providing vital services, programs, and a welcoming space for our beloved seniors.
To commemorate this incredible milestone, the Park Hills Senior Center is hosting an Open House celebration from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. today. Join us for a morning filled with reminiscing, laughter, and appreciation for the center's enduring legacy.
Here's what's in store:
9 a.m. - 10 a.m.: Door prizes, coffee, donuts, and networking
10 a.m.: Brief presentation honoring the center's history
11 a.m.: Delicious lunch and desserts served
We also want to extend a special appreciation to our Senior Center Director, Holly Buxton, who has been an instrumental part of the center for nearly 25 years, tirelessly dedicated to enriching the lives of our senior community.
Whether you're a current member, a volunteer (past or present), or simply someone who values the contributions of our senior community, we invite you to share in this joyous occasion.
