Committee Meeting - 2019 Firecracker Run Planning

The Firecracker Run Committee will meet at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at Leadington City Hall.

We will be meeting with representatives from Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy and Jerry's Fireworks to discuss thoughts and ideas on the 2019 Firecracker Run.

The Firecracker Run Committee is responsible for the following items in relation to planning the annual event:

• Determining & marking the courses
• Securing the timing officials, venue, refreshments, and sponsors
• Choosing a t-shirt design
• Ordering awards
• Promoting the event
• Assist with set-up, registration, timing, course monitoring, awards distribution, set-up, and clean-up
• Other duties as needed
