Committee Meeting - Awards Banquet

A meeting of the Awards Banquet Planning Committee is to be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. This meeting will be held at THE WHITE MAGNOLIA BANQUET HALL.

We will continue planning for the 2024 Awards Banquet.

The Awards Banquet Committee Members are responsible for the following items:

• Recommending entertainment for the event
• Ensuring adequate sponsorship for the event
• Recommending a caterer for the event
• Recommending nominees for the annual awards
• Decorations for the event
• Recommending an emcee for the event
• Creating an agenda for the event
• Any other items necessary for the overall preparation and execution of the event
