Committee Meeting - Disc Golf Tournament

Meeting to continue planning for the Annual Disc Golf Tournament scheduled for May 4, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. at RiverSide Grill.

PLEASE NOTE! This is an evening meeting so that both of our Disc Golf Coordinators can be there!

Members of the Disc Golf Tournament Committee are responsible for the following duties:

• Securing the following as needed: Location, Sponsorships, Caterer, Door Prizes, Beverage Sponsors, & Teams
• Assisting with set-up, registration, the sale of various game fees, monitoring holes during the tournament, distribution of beverages, distribution of prizes, & clean up
• Any additional duties to help improve the event
