Committee Meeting - Firecracker Run

The Planning Committee for the Annual Firecracker Run will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at Leadington City Hall to begin preparing for the 2016 Firecracker Run.

The Firecracker Run Committee is responsible for the following items in relation to planning the annual event:

• Determining & marking the courses
• Securing the timing officials, venue, refreshments, and sponsors
• Choosing a t-shirt design
• Ordering awards
• Promoting the event
• Assist with set-up, registration, timing, course monitoring, awards distribution, set-up, and clean-up
• Other duties as needed
