Committee Meeting - Firecracker Run

You have voted, and it appears that 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2017, will be the best time for the most people on the Firecracker Run Committee to meet at Leadington City Hall to begin preparing for the 2017 Firecracker Run.

The Firecracker Run Committee is responsible for the following items in relation to planning the annual event:

• Determining & marking the courses
• Securing the timing officials, venue, refreshments, and sponsors
• Choosing a t-shirt design
• Ordering awards
• Promoting the event
• Assist with set-up, registration, timing, course monitoring, awards distribution, set-up, and clean-up
• Other duties as needed
