Committee Meeting - Firecracker Run

The Firecracker Run Committee will meet at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26,  2017, at Leadington City Hall.

This meeting is to discuss the future of the event.

The Firecracker Run Committee is responsible for the following items in relation to planning the annual event:

• Determining & marking the courses
• Securing the timing officials, venue, refreshments, and sponsors
• Choosing a t-shirt design
• Ordering awards
• Promoting the event
• Assist with set-up, registration, timing, course monitoring, awards distribution, set-up, and clean-up
• Other duties as needed
