Committee Meeting - Golf Tournament

The event planning committee for the golf tournament will meet on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. to discuss plans for a new and improved Chamber Golf Tournament for 2015.

Members of the Golf Tournament Committee are responsible for the following duties.

• Securing the following: Location, Sponsorships, Caterer, Door Prizes, Beverage Sponsors, & Teams
• Assisting with set-up, registration, the sale of various game fees, monitoring holes during the tournament, distribution of beverages, distribution of prizes, & clean up
• Any additional duties to help improve the event
