Committee Meeting - Installation Banquet

A meeting of the Installation Banquet Planning Committee is to be held at The Chamber Office, in Park Hills, at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2016.

We will be meeting with representatives from Friends in Action Clubhouse to discuss decorations for the upcoming Installation Banquet.

The Installation Banquet Committee Members are responsible for the following items:

• Recommending entertainment for the event
• Ensuring adequate sponsorship for the event
• Recommending a caterer for the event
• Recommending nominees for the annual awards
• Decorations for the event
• Recommending an emcee for the event
• Creating an agenda for the event
• Any other items necessary for the overall preparation and execution of the event
