Committee Meeting - Installation Banquet

A meeting of the Installation Banquet Planning Committee is to be held in the Park Hills Council Chambers on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, immediately following the regular board meeting.

We will be discussing decorations for the 2020 Installation Banquet.

The Installation Banquet Committee Members are responsible for the following items:

• Recommending entertainment for the event
• Ensuring adequate sponsorship for the event
• Recommending a caterer for the event
• Recommending nominees for the annual awards
• Decorations for the event
• Recommending an emcee for the event
• Creating an agenda for the event
• Any other items necessary for the overall preparation and execution of the event
