Committee Meeting - Scholarship Committee

A meeting of the Scholarship Committee members is to be held at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Homes in Park Hills on Monday, March 7, 2016, at 8:00 a.m.

At this meeting, we will be reviewing applications and selecting candidates for interview.

The Scholarship Committee Members are responsible for the following items in relation to the Chamber's Scholarship Program:

• Creating and outlining a scholarship program offered by the Chamber to select Central High School students for attendance at one of our local community colleges
•  Recruiting representatives from Central High School and the local community colleges to serve on the committee
• Designing the scholarship guidelines
• Coordinating the scholarship program with Central High School and the local community colleges
• Funding the scholarship
• Selecting the scholarship recipient
• Evaluating and improving the scholarship program periodically
