Committee Meeting - Sweetheart Trivia Night

A meeting of the Sweetheart Trivia Planning Committee is to be held at KREI/KTJJ Radio at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.

At this meeting, we will begin planning for the 2018 Sweetheart Trivia Night on February 10, 2018.

The Sweetheart Trivia Committee Members are responsible for the following items:

• Ensuring adequate sponsorship for the event
• Deciding on food for the event
• Decorations for the event
• Recommending an emcee for the event
• Assisting with collection of door prizes for the event
• Assisting with collection of desserts for the event
• Securing a wine tasting sponsor for the event
• Securing judges for the event
• Ensuring adequate volunteers for the event
• Assisting with food preparation for the event
• Any other items necessary for the overall preparation and execution of the event
