Fat Tuesday Cajun Dinner

The Park Hills - Leadington Chamber of Commerce is excited to share the return of a community favorite, the Fat Tuesday Cajun Dinner, hosted by Glenda Straughn and The Invisible Rebels.

This all-you-can-eat Cajun dinner will take place on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Magnolia Ballroom, located at 210 East Woodlawn Drive in Leadington.

The menu features classic Cajun favorites including shrimp boil, jambalaya, Cajun chicken lasagna, and red beans and rice. Dine-in and carryout options will be available.

Cost is $25 per person, with a special price of $10 for children ages 10 and under.

All proceeds from this event will benefit the Central R-3 School District, helping pay off overdue student lunch accounts.
