The Southeast Missouri Family Violence Council is a not-for-profit organization which offers free alternatives for victims of domestic violence and their children.  The agency offers free alternatives for victims of domestic violence and their children.  The agency seeks to diminish domestic violence and sexual assault on a community-wide level by providing shelter, support services, and community education in Washington County, Iron County, Ste. Genevieve County, St. Francois County, and Madison County.
