WHAT IS THE DPHA?
The Downtown Park Hills Association (DPHA) is an organization supported by the downtown businesses of Park Hills whose goal is to promote the Central Business District.
The goal of the DPHA is to promote the Central Business District. It reflects the interests of local businesses and hosts downtown events such as the annual Trunk N Treat.
Any Park Hills business owner or Park Hills commercial building owner interested in the betterment of Park Hills and the central business district may become a member of the DPHA.
