Announcing Hiring Fair for High School Graduates

The Park Hills-Leadington Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce an upcoming hiring fair organized by rootEd Missouri – Leadbelt and Bootheel Region. This event is specifically designed to connect local businesses with graduating high school seniors seeking immediate employment opportunities.

Event Details

Date and Time: April 29th, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Location: Mineral Area College - Fredericktown Campus

Purpose and Scope

This hiring fair aims to provide a platform for graduating high school students from up to fourteen area districts to explore entry-level job opportunities with local employers. The event is structured to facilitate direct interactions between businesses and potential young employees, with the goal of securing employment for students before they leave the fair.

Participation Guidelines

For Employers:

• Each participating business will be provided with a dedicated table
• Interview spaces will be available on-site
• Employers are encouraged to bring information about available entry-level positions

For Students:

• Attendees are expected to bring prepared resumes
• Students will have the opportunity to meet with multiple potential employers

Registration Information

Businesses interested in participating are kindly requested to RSVP for a table by April 18th. To register, please contact rootEd Missouri with the following information:

1. Company name
2. Number of representatives attending
3. Description of entry-level positions available
