The Park Hills – Leadington Chamber of Commerce is helping promote a community research initiative focused on an important issue in the healthcare field: nurse engagement and burnout. Burnout among nursing professionals continues to be a growing concern nationwide, impacting both workforce sustainability and quality of care.
